PRODUCTION MANAGER AT DEA KUDIBAL

DEA KUDIBAL is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our production, sourcing and supply chain. You will play a central role in bringing our collections to life, balancing the quality and craftsmanship our brand is known for with commercial targets and reliable delivery.

You will work closely with our Design, Operations and Finance teams and lead a team consisting of a Purchasing Assistant and a Logistics Manager.

THE ROLE

• Own the production process from sampling and product development through to final delivery
• Lead sourcing and develop our international supplier base, building strong and lasting partnerships.
• Partner with Design on materials, construction, quality and production feasibility
• Negotiate prices, terms and production conditions to achieve target margins while maintaining our quality standards.
• Manage production plans and follow up closely with suppliers to keep collections on schedule.
• Oversee the supply chain from supplier through to delivery, working closely with the Logistics Manager on timelines, risks and handovers.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, costs and production processes.
• Lead, support and develop the Purchasing Assistant and Logistics Manager.
  

 

ABOUT YOU

• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in fashion production and sourcing, ideally within a premium brand.
• You have strong experience in international supplier management, production planning and price negotiations.
• You combine a strong eye for quality with a commercial understanding of costs, margins and deadlines.
• You are structured and confident managing multiple collections, suppliers and timelines simultaneously.
• You take ownership, solve problems proactively and communicate clearly with suppliers and internal teams.
• You are a strong people manager who enjoys leading and developing a small team.
• You understand how production, sourcing and logistics work together across the supply chain. Previous logistics experience is a strong advantage, although you will not manage day-to-day logistics.
• You are highly proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel, with strong general Microsoft Office skills.
